It’s normal to go through life thinking about all the chores we have to do when we get home, answering emails or text messages, and making time for our hobbies, but we can’t forget that our mental space is a direct representation of our relationship with God.

We have to work hard and remind ourselves to constantly come back to the source of everything: God. At work, it’s easy for me to forget to live by Christian principles when someone is annoying me or when I’m feeling impatient. We have to remember that those are the perfect moments to acknowledge our weaknesses as humans and bring ourselves back to who God wants us to be.
